Beautiful French Design Found Inside a Home in the Hamptons

We found an article in Elle Decor about a beautiful home in the Hamptons that we just had to share on our blog. This home, designed by married couple Amy and Todd Hase, was inspired by the couple’s own 17th century French manor home known as Château du Jonquay, where Amy and Todd, along with their two young daughters, spend every summer. The couple restored Château du Jonquay, and loving the French design of the manor home, they decided to bring those French touches home with them to the States and incorporate them into their house in the Hamptons.

There are authentic French interior design touches inside the library of the Hase home; the side tables and daybed were purchased at a Paris auction.

The wall covering inside the formal dining room at the Hase home is by de Gournay, a company that specializes in 19th century French and 18th century Chinoiserie designs.

The 18th century table found inside the kitchen of the Hase home was purchased at a flea market in Paris.
