French interior design can be ornate and elegant with antique displays, or comfortable and cozy when found in the countryside. French interior design also crosses the spectrum into being modern and eccentric. We recently came across an eye opening colorful and unique French interior design featured in the Hi Hotel. The Hi Hotel is located in Nice, France and received an amazing design job by Parisian designer Matali Cresset.

The interior design of the hotel uses various bright color schemes. The “Digital” room has giant pixel inspired wall decor in various shades of cobalt and ocean blues. The “Monospace” room pays tribute to the tricolored French flag with thick bands of red, white and blue. The colors represent comfort, relaxation and breathing in the room. Another room in the hotel is named “White & White”. As the name details the all white room is dedicated to well being and features an in-room spa. The Hi Hotel is an eclectic, unsuspecting, modern breath of fresh air in French interior design. Leave us a comment and let us know what you think of the hotel’s interior design.
